It is called &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.peanutbutterpc.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Peanut Butter PC&lt;/a&gt; and the company behind it  specializes in software to make computers easier for kids to use (and safer for grownups to leave them unsupervised).   Pretty cool (at least from a parent&#039;s perspective).</description>
